Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, as the data controller, we would like to inform you about how we process your personal data, to whom it may be transferred and what rights you have.

  • Creating customer records and carrying out invoicing procedures,

3. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your processed personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law, to our business partners, suppliers, cargo and logistics companies from which we receive services, legally authorized public institutions and private persons or organizations in order to carry out our commercial activities.

4. Data Security and Retention Period

Your personal data is stored with the highest level of information security measures for the period required by the purpose of processing or for the legal periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. At the end of this period, it is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized within the scope of our Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy.
