Privacy Notice within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law

As ALPRAF (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), we attach the utmost importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we place great importance on processing and storing all personal data belonging to persons associated with the Company, including those benefiting from our products and services, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law, ALPRAF, as the data controller, may process, record, store, classify, update and, where permitted by legislation, disclose or transfer your personal data to third parties within the purposes explained below, in accordance with the law and the principles of good faith.

Your collected personal data may be processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our business units so that you can benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, customizing and recommending our products and services according to your preferences, usage habits and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the persons in business relations with our Company, determining and implementing our commercial and business strategies, and carrying out our human resources policies.

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private persons in line with the purposes stated above, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels such as website contact forms, fair participation, e-mail and call center communications, and on different legal grounds, in order to improve the products and services we offer and to carry out our commercial activities.

5. Your Rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law

• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• To request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions.
